Rules of Conduct

1. Be respectful to fellow participants, coaches, organisers and hotel staff at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.

2. Entering the training rooms outside of official training hours is not permitted without the consent of the organizers.

3. It is not allowed to take chess material out of the training rooms. This includes chess boards, pieces and clocks. If you want to borrow any, please ask the Organisers for permission.

4. All participants are responsible for keeping the training halls and equipment clean and in good condition. Any damage should be reported immediately to the organizers.

5. Help us keep the training halls clean! Please return any used coffee cups, glasses or waste to the bar or designated disposal area.

6. We have secured an all-inclusive stay, so you can enjoy your experience to the maximum. But this is always double edged. Alcohol consumption is included and unlimited. Please to not abuse it.

7. Attendance at training sessions while under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.

8. Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages within the training halls is not allowed.
